14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Request a Return
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', and click 'Request Return' on the item you wish to return.
Pack the Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Ship It Back
The seller agrees with you on how to send the item back (carrier or drop-off). Details are shared as soon as your request is approved.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Some categories are excluded: food, personal care, undergarments, and customized items
Refund Timeline
Once the return is received and approved by the seller, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days (by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders).

Prefer an exchange? Arrange it with the seller when submitting your return request, subject to availability of the desired size or color.
