We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Request a Return
Log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', and click 'Request Return' on the item you wish to return.
Pack the Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label we provide, or drop off at any partner collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Some categories are excluded: food, personal care, undergarments, and customized items
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Card refunds take 5-7 business days. Bank transfers take 7-10 business days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? You can swap for a different size or color. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If less, we refund the balance.
