Please read these terms carefully before using Tounyx.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tounyx platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Tounyx is operated under Tunisian law and is accessible to users residing in Tunisia.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Marketplace Rules
Tounyx is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own or control the products listed by sellers. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and fulfillment. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
4. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you enter into a direct agreement with the seller. Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND). Payment must be made through our supported methods: credit/debit cards, e-Dinar, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and costs vary by region. Sellers are responsible for shipping orders within the stated processing time. Tounyx is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day return policy applies to most products. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Tounyx, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Tounyx or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Tunisian Data Protection Law (Loi organique n 2004-63 du 27 juillet 2004). For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tounyx acts as an intermediary and is not liable for defective products, shipping delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers beyond our buyer protection program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tunis.
