Personal-care and hygiene items are among the categories excluded from returns once opened, for health reasons. Unopened and in their original condition, they follow the standard 14-day rule.

The volume is listed in the product page's specifications. It is what makes two prices honestly comparable: the same fragrance often exists in several formats.
How does payment work?
You pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Tunisia. Nothing is charged when you order, and no banking details are requested. Online payment will come later.
What are the delivery times and fees?
We deliver to all 24 governorates. Time and cost depend on your zone: both are detailed zone by zone on our Shipping page, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return from your orders, provided the item is in its original condition. The seller approves the request and agrees with you on how to send it back.
