Does a bulky item cost more to deliver?
The amount that applies to your order is calculated and shown before you confirm, based on your governorate. You never discover an extra charge at the door.
How does payment work?
You pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Tunisia. Nothing is charged when you order, and no banking details are requested. Online payment will come later.
What are the delivery times and fees?
We deliver to all 24 governorates. Time and cost depend on your zone: both are detailed zone by zone on our Shipping page, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return from your orders, provided the item is in its original condition. The seller approves the request and agrees with you on how to send it back.
