Four zones, one rate per zone
The 24 governorates are grouped into four zones: Greater Tunis, North, Centre and South. Each has its rate and its indicative delivery time. The further a zone is from the logistics routes, the longer it takes — that is the only reason for the difference, there is no hidden surcharge.
When the clock starts
The clock starts at shipping, not at ordering: the seller has to prepare the parcel first. You follow those steps from your orders page — confirmed, shipped, delivered — and get a notification at each one.
If you are away
The courier calls before arriving, which is why a valid phone number is essential. If they cannot reach you, they come back the next working day. We do not guarantee a specific time slot today: better to give an address where someone is in during the day.
