Opening a store on Tounyx takes four steps, two of which are on you and two on our approval. Here is what happens at each, and what most often gets stuck.
1. Create the account and the store
You enter the store name, its main category and a phone number. That number is verified by SMS code: it is the one that will receive order alerts, so a mistake here would cost you sales. No bank card is requested.
2. The verification file
We ask for a document evidencing your activity — for example a National Business Register identifier or a trade licence. The point is not paperwork: it is what lets us tell buyers that stores are verified, and therefore lets you sell to someone who does not know you. You can create the store and prepare your products while it is reviewed.
3. Publish a first product
A listing needs a title, a description, a price, stock and at least one photo. If your item comes in several sizes or colours, declare them as variants rather than separate products: the buyer then picks on the listing, and your stock stays accurate per size. An AI assistant can write the description and improve your photos if you want.
4. Product review
Every product is reviewed before going public. The most common rejections are an unreadable photo, a description that does not match the item, or an obviously wrong category. Editing a product that is already live sends it back through this review.

Do I need a trade licence to sell online?
We ask for a document evidencing the activity in order to approve a store. On your personal tax situation, only the competent authority can answer: check with them or an accountant — we do not give tax advice.
How many products do I need to start?
One is technically enough. In practice a store showing a single item gives little reason to stay: better to publish what you genuinely have in stock, with real photos, than to fill up fast.
